This product is absolutely fantastic! The conditioner bottle worked perfectly and I had no issues whatsoever in getting it to work correctly. However, the shampoo bottle was a bit tricky to open - the instructions said to turn the top of the bottle, but that didn't work. I had to unscrew the top instead. Unfortunately, I had the same problem with all three bottles of shampoo that I purchased, but that doesn't take away from the fact that this product is truly excellent!
