I absolutely love this product! I've been using it for years on my sometimes curly, sometimes wavy, fine, limp hair (thanks, hormones!). I only use a small amount, about the size of two peas, warmed up in my hands and massaged into damp hair. Then, I shake my head upside down a few times while drying naturally and I'm left with beautiful, soft curls. Just be aware that too much product can leave your hair feeling sticky.
